Do you sell parts for portable or engine-driven compressors?

We specialize in industrial electric-driven and stationary air compressors, typically 25 horsepower and above. As a result, we have limited access to parts for portable or engine-driven compressors.

What brands do you provide parts for?

We supply parts for major industrial air compressor brands, including: Atlas Copco, Champion, Compair, Curtis, Gardner Denver, Ingersoll-Rand, Joy, Kaeser, Leroi, Quincy, Sullair, Sullivan-Palatek, Worthington, and many more. Can you provide compressor parts not found on your website?

Can I submit a Request for Quote (RFQ)?

We offer a one-year warranty from the shipping date on all maintenance and repair parts.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?

We offer the following shipping options: Prepaid & Add (PPD&A) and collect shipping with UPS and FedEx for items under 75lbs. For items over 75lbs, shipping will be prepaid & add (best way) or freight collect with the customer's preferred LTL freight carrier. Please note that COD shipping is not available.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST for in-stock items under 75lbs will ship the same day. Orders over 75lbs will ship the next day. Shipping for non-stock items will depend on the manufacturer’s lead time. You'll receive a scheduled ship date in your order confirmation email. For specific lead time questions, contact parts@compressorpartsexpress.com.

How are freight charges determined?

Freight charges for prepaid & add orders are based on the carrier's published rate and will be included on your invoice. For freight collect orders, the charges will be billed directly to the receiver by the freight carrier.

Where are your products shipped from?

All products ship from our warehouse in southeastern Wisconsin, United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. For orders under 55lbs, we recommend using UPS Worldwide or FedEx freight collect. For orders over 55lbs, please arrange shipping with your own freight broker. All international orders are subject to a $50 export fee (Canada excluded). International orders will be billed on a prepay basis. For questions, contact international@compressorpartsexpress.com.

Payment

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders. Customers pre-approved for Net 30 terms can order using a purchase order (PO) number. To apply for Net 30 terms, complete the credit application form here or contact orders@compressorpartsexpress.com. Please allow 2-3 days for approval.

What payment options are available for international customers?

International customers can pay by credit card, check, or ACH/wire transfer. Checks should be mailed to: Compressor Parts Express, PO Box 492, Muskego, WI 53150-0492, United States. For bank transfer details, contact international@compressorpartsexpress.com.

How can I receive a copy of my invoice?

Invoices are emailed upon order confirmation. If you need a copy resent, please contact orders@compressorpartsexpress.com.

Where do I remit payment for Net 30 invoices?
