Return Policy
If an item received does not meet expectations or is not needed, it may be returned. Please review the following return polices; feel free to contact

Wrong item Ordered
If an item was ordered incorrectly, please complete this form . Returned stock items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note this restocking fee may be waived if a replacement order for the correct item is placed.
Incorrect Item(s) Shipped
If an item was received that was not the item ordered, please complete this form . A representative will contact you with details to return the incorrect part. A correct replacement of the item ordered will be sent as soon as possible. Please be aware, that occasionally a manufacturer will make changes to an item or substitute a new version, in these cases, Compressor Parts Express guarantees an item to be equal in form and function.
Damaged or Defective Parts
If an item is damaged in transit, the damage must be noted with the carrier. If possible, photograph all damage to packaging and/or product(s). If an item needs to be replaced, please complete this form or you may contact help@compressorpartsexpress.com. A representative will contact you to arrange for refund or replacement. Damaged items will need to be returned, a RMA number and shipping information will be provided by the representative.
Any Other Returns
Return requests should be made within 30 days of receipt. Items being exchanged for reasons other than those previously mentioned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Note: All returned non-stock items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Compressor oil, lubricant and other fluids or solvents are considered Final Sale and are not returnable or refundable. Custom order parts and/or equipment may not be returned. Orders for used, surplus or remanufactured equipment is considered Final Sale and are not returnable. Please feel free to contact help@compressorpartsexpress.com for any questions about returned parts or equipment. Problems with new or remanufactured equipment may be covered under warranty, please contact help@compressorpartsexpress.com for warranty
